Music & Performances

Performing in Hawai'i is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for young musicians to shine. Each performance is designed to honor, inspire, and celebrate the power of music as students share their talents with local communities and visitors.

Musical experiences may include:

  • Performing at Pearl Harbor, paying tribute to the heroes of Pearl Harbor​

  • Sharing music at the KapiÊ»olani Park Bandstand, engaging with the local community​

  • Learning about traditional island music by participating in a hula lesson followed by a ukulele performance by Hawai'ian musicians

Cultural Experiences

Immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Hawai'i through interactive and educational experiences that highlight the islands' unique heritage.​

Cultural experiences may include:

  • Exploring the Polynesian Cultural Center, including hands-on activities and cultural demonstrations​

  • Enjoying a traditional Hawai'ian luau with authentic cuisine and entertainment

  • Touring the Dole Plantation, learning about Hawai'i's pineapple industry

  • Relaxing on the sands of WaikÄ«kÄ« Beach or snorkeling in the warm Pacific waters​

  • Shopping for souvenirs and local treats at Aloha Swap Meet, Hawaii’s largest open-air flea market

  • Tasting Hawai'ian specialties like shave ice and fresh pineapple​
